Context	At the time being the WMS 1.4 SWG is currently working on a candidate IS Web Map Tiled Service (WMTS) document. GEOSS, INSPIRE and GMES projects does not address the subject of a tiled view service.
Rationale	Assuming GEOSS, INSPIRE or GMES project would required a Tiled View Service, it would be a benefit for interoperability purpose to consider adoption of the OGC WMST standard.
